Signals from My Soul: A Spiritual Memoir of Awakening is a book by Julia Marie that chronicles her spiritual journey and awakening. The book aims to challenge limiting beliefs about humanity and encourage readers to explore their unique soul connections.
The Foreword was written by esteemed author Betty J. Kovacs, PhD. Julia was awakened early one morning with the words: "Ask her to write the foreword for your book." She knew Spirit meant Betty, as they had recently completed an episode for Evolving Humans.
Despite a slight hesitation, Julia Marie has learned to follow such guidance even when she personally doubts the outcome.
Betty J. Kovacs is someone Julia deeply respects and greatly admires, and when Julia sent the request, the response from Betty was immediate. "Please send along the manuscript so I can read it, and I will be happy to write the foreword for your book."
Betty J Kovac, PhD, highlights Julia's experiences, including a vision of the integral connectedness of all creation and the importance of each individual to the success of the Divine Plan. Julia's experiences also include a spontaneous activation of her healing ability and the sensation of a fiery heat rising in her spine, known as the rising of Kundalini. The book emphasizes the importance of raising our frequency to intensify our connection with higher consciousness.
