Chapter 18 is There Can Be Miracles and is the story of Ray, a man who experienced a healing his doctor describes as miraculous.
Ray, who had a severely damaged back, was healed after Julia did energy healing with him. Ray's doctor confirmed the inexplicable recovery by taking two sets of x-rays at Ray's request.
Julia reflects on this experience, acknowledging that while she may facilitate the process, it is ultimately up to the individual to accept their healing.
