Julia Marie reports on the upcoming cosmic energies at play in September. The key word for the month? Balance.
The energy from the intense summer is slowing down and the Equinox will bring a time of balancing polarities. Reflect on old patterns and insecurities that may reemerge.
There are major astrological transits happening in September, including the end of Venus and Mercury retrogrades and the beginning of a new one when Jupiter begins a backward dance.
Use this time to clear out energies that no longer serve you and to set intentions for growth. Create a routine that includes self-care, exercise, leisure, and work balance, organizing and prioritizing, and add mindfulness meditation to daily routines.
